Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sunslider ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Sunslider Albums at albums.sunslider.social, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these terms in full.

Description of Service

Sunslider Albums is an automated photo album creation service. You upload photos from an event, our system curates the best shots using computer vision and quality analysis, and you receive a shareable digital album.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• •Be at least 16 years old (or 18 in jurisdictions that require it).
• •Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• •Maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.

Plans & Limits

Limits are subject to change. We will provide notice to existing users before reducing any limits that affect their purchased slots.

Purchases & Refunds

Album slots are sold as one-time purchases via Stripe. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no expiry dates. You will never be charged automatically.

Purchased slots are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. Slots are non-transferable and tied to your account.

Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once album slots have been added to your account, except where required by applicable law.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to Sunslider Albums. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your photos. We will never use your photos for training AI models, advertising, or any purpose beyond operating the service as described.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload all content. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or content you do not own the rights to.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share content that:

• •Is illegal under applicable law.
• •Is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or hateful.
• •Infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• •Contains spam, malware, or any harmful code.
• •Sexual content involving minors (anyone under 18), including imagery, depictions, or material that sexualizes children in any way. This includes content that may appear artistic or fictional in nature.

AI Curation

Our AI curation system selects photos based on technical quality metrics (sharpness, exposure, resolution, contrast) and temporal diversity using EXIF timestamps. The curation is automated and the results may not always match your personal preferences.

After curation, you can edit the selection — add or remove photos, reorder them, and add captions — using our editing tools. AI curation is a starting point, not a final decision.

Album Deletion

You can delete any album from your dashboard at any time. Deletion is permanent — all photos in the album are removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

Important: Deleting your free album does not restore your ability to create another free album. The free plan allows one album total, not one album at a time.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deletion, all your data — albums, photos, and account information — will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sunslider Albums is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the loss of any photos or data stored on our service, and we strongly encourage you to keep copies of your important photos.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sunslider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the EU.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
